Downloading and installing WAVmaker is

(NOT the installation directory).

Unzip it. |

Run SETUP.EXE. Once you are done
installing, you can delete all files in the
temporary directory. |

| IMPORTANT The WAVmaker Evaluation Package
contains a few demo patches, all savagely
butchered to keep the download size within
reasonable bounds, not the full, 264+ MB GSound
44 library!
Please see the Introduction
section in WAVmaker's Help file for ways to add
more instrument patches to the Evaluation
Package.

Optional components
 MellosoftronTM |
WAVmaker
is designed to use the Mellosoftron for
instrument patch editing. If you are interested
in creating your own instruments (or in editing
those in WAVmaker's GSound 44 library, included
in all registered WAVmaker packages) you can get
a Mellosoftron license at a 31% discount as part
of WAVmaker Plus or WAVmaker Studio. |
| WAVmaker
is designed to use Ace of WAV for
sound and effect patch editing. All WAVmaker
licenses include Ace of WAV's recording,
encoding, decoding and basic editing functions,
so you should definitely get Ace of WAV - it's
really an integral part of WAVmaker. If you find
that you are interested in Ace of WAV's advanced
features, you can get a full Ace of WAV license
at a 33% discount as part of the WAVmaker Studio
package. |
